Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Infradev (“we”, “us”), an RC Empire product, collects when you use our website and app, and how it is used. Placeholders below marked in [brackets] need your real details before this goes live — they're what AdSense/AdMob reviewers check first.

1. Who we are

Infradev is operated by RC Empire. You can reach us at rcempire.official@gmail.com for business matters, or support.rcempire@gmail.com for support.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name and email address, via Firebase Authentication.
• Connected accounts: when you connect GitHub, Hugging Face, or an AI provider (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, etc.), we store the access token you provide so Infradev can act on your behalf. We do not store your GitHub or AI provider password.
• Projects and chats: the prompts you write and the files Infradev generates are stored in your own connected GitHub (or other storage) repository, not on our servers, unless stated otherwise.
• Support messages: if you contact support, we store the conversation to help you and to improve the service.
• Usage and device data: standard technical data (browser type, general location, pages visited) collected automatically, including through advertising and analytics partners described below.

3. Advertising

Infradev shows ads through Google AdSense (web) and Google AdMob (app). These services may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to show and measure ads, and may collect data as described in Google's Partner Sites policy. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Subscribers on a paid plan do not see ads.

4. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Infradev service
• To connect to services you explicitly authorize (GitHub, AI providers, storage)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect abuse and keep the platform secure
• To show relevant advertising to free-plan users

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run Infradev (for example Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting and authentication, and Google AdSense/AdMob for advertising), with the AI provider and storage service you personally connect, or when required by law.

6. Children's privacy

Infradev is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Your choices

• You can disconnect GitHub, Hugging Face, or any AI provider at any time from your account settings.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support.rcempire@gmail.com.
• You can opt out of personalized ads via your device or browser settings and the Google link above.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, restricted access tokens, Firestore security rules) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Infradev evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
