These terms govern your use of Infradev, an RC Empire product. By creating an account you agree to them.
Infradev lets you connect your own GitHub (or other storage) account and your own AI provider API key to generate websites, apps, games, and other projects from text prompts, with a live preview.
You are responsible for any GitHub, AI provider, payment, or other third-party account or API key you connect to Infradev, and for keeping your credentials secure. You confirm you have the right to use any key you connect, and that your use complies with that provider's own terms (for example, your AI provider's usage limits and policies).
You own what you create with Infradev. Projects, files, and chat history are stored in the storage account you connect (such as your own GitHub repository) unless stated otherwise. Infradev does not claim ownership of your generated content.
Infradev offers a free plan supported by ads, and paid plans (monthly, yearly, lifetime) that remove ads. Paid plan pricing and terms are shown at checkout. [Fill in your refund policy before publishing — required by most payment processors and app stores.]
Infradev integrates with services you choose to connect (GitHub, Hugging Face, AI providers, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or content.
Infradev is provided "as is." AI-generated output may contain errors; review anything Infradev builds before relying on or publishing it.
To the extent permitted by law, RC Empire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Infradev, including costs incurred through third-party services you connect (such as AI provider usage charges).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Infradev and disconnect your accounts at any time.
We may update these terms as Infradev evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
